For 2025 we are looking for a Wingfoil and e-foil instructor for the Milligerplas (Zwolle) and the Ketelmeer. Wingfoiling is the fastest growing water sport at the moment. In 2023, we started Wingfoil IJsseldelta, the only
IWO certified Wingfoil School in the region. Our goal is to establish a small-scale, friendly Wingfoil school with quality lessons and the best materials for learning Wingfoiling .

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for someone who can teach Wingfoil and efoil lessons on Milligerplas and Ketelmeer. To achieve this you will attend the IWO instructor training in April 2025. This training consists of a part theory and 5 days practice on location in Haarlem. You will then teach the lessons together with another instructor until you can start working independently.

If you can't yet Wingfoiling, that's not a big problem. More important is that you are motivated and available on weekends. 

WHO ARE WE SEARCHING?
We are looking for people who get excited about water sports and want to join us in building a cozy and fun Wingfoil school, where students and staff have a good time. We are thinking
of someone who meets the points below, but you may convince us of your qualities if it does not quite fit:

• Passion for water sports
• You enjoy teaching others the Wingfoiling 
• You are eager to learn and always looking to improve
• Your priority on weekends is to teach classes
• Be able to handle materials with care (Pietje precies is
  not necessary, but we work with expensive items that we need to keep neat and don't want to lose)
• Sociability and the occasional joke are important to you
• Available an average of at least 2 days per week (Thursday to
  through Sunday) from May 1 to October 1
• It is a plus if you have experience with another
  water sport
• You want to learn Wingfoiling (or you already can)
• You have a driver's license

WHAT DO YOU GET in return?
We would like to enter into a long-term partnership. In the coming years we expect the number of classes you teach to grow, but in the beginning it will be about 5-10 classes per week.

Would you like to have a job on the water, receiving a salary and a company wingfoil course? Then read on!

In 2023, we launched Wingfoil IJsseldelta, the only IWO certified Wingfoil School in the region.

For 2025, we expect growth, but above all we want to expand the team, to maintain and improve the quality of classes.

You will be trained by Wingfoil IJsseldelta as a Wingfoil and eFoil assistant, with the option to advance to independent instructor later. We want you to learn the basics of Wingfoiling yourself, and for the first few weeks you will join the regular classes.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Your duties will include the following:

Preparing lessons:

• Screwing together foil boards
• SUPS inflating and assembling
• Boat (Zodiac) inflated and ready (Milligerplas)
• Retrieve boat from harbor and anchor (Schokkerhaven)
• Ensuring that students receive the correct size wetsuit, helmet,
  life jacket and shoes
• Pouring coffee and tea for the students

Support during class:

• Driving a boat during class
• Pulling students upwind with the efoil or boat
• Helping students get the most out of the lesson

Clean up and wrap up after class:

• Taking apart foils, SUPs and boards
• Wings let dry and wrap
• Collecting screws and keeping them neat
• Cleaning stuff
• Boat packing (Milligerplas)
• Boat sail back to port (Schokkerhaven)
• Collecting and rinsing out students' wetsuits

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  through Sunday) from May 1 to October 1
• It is a plus if you are between 15 and 20 years old
• It is a plus if you have experience with another
  water sport and and would like to learn the Wingfoiling (or you can already do it)
• It is a plus if you have experience driving a
  motorboat
• You live in Zwolle or have your own transportation to
  Schokkerhaven and the Milligerplas (from Zwolle you can ride with us)
